Absolutely! This course is influenced by research from EMDR, CBT, Somatic Experiencing and Somatic Psychology. However some of the course is also my own professional opinion, based on my own experiences and experiences with client work.

What are your credentials?
I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, Emdr Therapist and have taken training in approaches such as Somatic Experiencing and Polyvagal Theory. I am also a Social Worker and have been working in this field for over ten years!
